The Kramer Bridge Overpass is still in preliminary stage. (This project was initially called the Henry Road Overpass.)
The Kramer Rehabilitation Project began May 9, 2022, and work is estimated to continue through September 2022. Through traffic has been redirected via detours through Spokane Valley to Barker out of Legacy Ridge. When the Spokane Valley roundabout project begins at Barker/Sprague in mid-June 2022, an alternative detour plan will be made available. The entire roadway, portions of the sidewalk, drainage facilities, and underground utilities are being reconstructed as part of this work, which result in a new roadway with a new surface for Kramer Parkway.

The City of Liberty Lake is also completing the Legacy Ridge Signal Project, which should increase traffic flows out of Legacy Ridge with the completion of a signal at the intersection by the end of June 2022.
