Kramer Rehabilitation Project Construction: May-Summer 2022

Kramer Parkway will be closed for construction at Country Vista Drive to Sprague Avenue from May 9 through late August or early September to allow for new surfacing, drainage improvements, and realignment of the roadway to match the alignment to the new bridge. Road construction starts with demolition and pulverizing with grinding machines of one half of Kramer under the full closure. After one direction of Kramer is ground out, the contractor will switch to the opposite side of Kramer Parkway. During construction, the contractor's field staff will only allow local access and other allowed traffic into and out of the work zone, via traffic control, to get into and out of Legacy Ridge. The roadway will be ground to crushed rock and will be able to be driven on.

The planned detour routes out of or into Legacy Ridge will be as follows:
- Legacy Ridge Drive to Country Vista Drive
- Valley Vista to Kramer Parkway to Sprague Avenue to Barker
For public safety, only emergency services will have access through the detour.
