[ARCHIVED] Register through Nov. 21 for our "Battle of the Branches" tree decorating competition!

Battle of the Branches (with trees)

Liberty Lake's Parks & Recreation Department is inviting families, organizations and individuals to be part of the city's inaugural "Battle of the Branches" tree decorating competition!

Participants will be able to decorate a mounted pine tree that will charm up the seasonal scenery through displays of the trees that will be set up at Orchard Park, the northwest corner of Trailhead Golf Course, and the entrance of Liberty Lake City Hall.  Deadline for registration is Friday, Nov. 21 (or until all the spots for the available trees have been claimed).

The city will be providing the mounted trees, and simple white LED lights.  Registrants will bring their own outdoor decorations, any additional lighting, and their own great creativity to decorate their tree for one of the three sites that will be displaying the trees from Dec. 6 through Jan. 4.  Participants will be able to decorate their tree on Saturday, Nov. 29, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

"Battle of the Branches" is part of the lineup of the Parks & Recreation Department's 2025 "Home for the Holidays" activities for the community.
