Liberty Lake area youths from 7 to 14 years old can embark on an adventure to new heights with the new Climbing Basics classes coming from Liberty Lake Parks and Recreation & Coeur Climbing.  Registration is open now through Oct. 17 for three dates in November (your choice of Nov. 1, 8, or 16).  During each 2-hour session from 10 a.m. to noon, seasoned professionals will help you master fluid movement, grip techniques, precise footwork, and essential safety skills.  Registration includes all gear, expert instruction, and a progressive climbing experience designed for beginners and for those seeking a refresher.

Sessions at Coeur Climbing will be held at 765 Clearwater Loop, Suite 101, in Post Falls, Idaho.  Cost is $130 per session.  Registration for the November dates will remain open until Oct. 17 or until sessions are filled.

Can't make it during November?  Another group of sessions will be held Jan. 9, 16, and 23.  Registration for those dates will be open during Nov. 17-Dec. 19, or until filled up.
