[ARCHIVED] State's Dept. of Commerce recommends state grant assistance for library construction project

The Liberty Lake Library is excited to announce that it has been recommended for the Washington State Department of Commerce's Library Capital Improvements Grant. While this recommendation does not guarantee funding, it is a significant first step toward securing alternative funding sources for the library's design and construction project.

If awarded, the grant, totaling $937,193, will be applied toward the construction of the new library located at 23129 E Mission Ave. This funding would greatly support our efforts to enhance library services for the community.

We will keep the public informed as we receive further updates on the status of this grant.
