This project is open to all artists, graphic designers, photographers, illustrators, and other creative individuals and groups residing in Liberty Lake, the greater Spokane area and Northern Idaho.

PROPOSAL

Public art can promote a sense of community and offer a unique identity for the City of Liberty Lake. It turns ordinary spaces into community landmarks and helps to enrich the quality of life in Liberty Lake.

The utility boxes will be enhanced using the selected artist’s design which will be printed on vinyl and wrapped around the boxes. The design shall integrate all sides of a box to create an engaging visual to capture the attention of cyclists, motorists, and pedestrians.
