Pursuant to RCW 42.30.080 and RCW 39.33.020, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS THAT: The Mayor and City Council of the City of Liberty Lake will hold a special meeting for a public hearing on the Option Agreement and Real Estate Purchase Agreement and related contract documents for the proposed real property sale between the City of Liberty Lake and Central Valley School District to accommodate the new Liberty Creek elementary school in the City of Liberty Lake. Subsequent to the public hearing, the City Council will also take action to approve or deny the Option Agreement and Real Estate Purchase Agreement Addendum No. 2. The existing properties consist of improved and unimproved land located at:

The identified property set forth in this notice is also the subject of a boundary line adjustment (“BLA”) as part of the subject sale. A copy of the BLA, including maps of the particular parcels, may be obtained from the Liberty Lake City Clerk at 22710 E. Country Vista, Liberty Lake, WA 99019, or contacting the City Clerk at 509-755-6729.
The properties are proposed to be used for continued recreational use and the construction of a new elementary school. Attendees will have the opportunity to testify for or against the proposed sale. The public hearing will be Tuesday, November 10, 2015, during the special City Council meeting beginning at 7:30 p.m. in the Liberty Lake City Hall Council Chambers, 22710 E. Country Vista, Liberty Lake, WA.
