[ARCHIVED] What's happening for "Liberty Lake Fest: July 4th Community Celebration"

Liberty Lake celebrates the nation's birthday with TWO days of fun activities for the "Liberty Lake Fest: July 4th Community Celebration!"  Here's the rundown of what will be happening:

THURSDAY, JULY 3:
6th Annual Liberty Lake Boat Parade starting at 6 p.m.  The parade will circle within the entire lake.  Decorated boats should line up at Dreamwood Bay (at the southwest area of the lake) starting at 5:15 p.m.  This parade is sponsored by Bretz RV & Marine, and prizes will be awarded to the best decorated boats.  CLICK HERE for full details and registration information.

 Free showing of "Moana 2" at Pavillion Park at dusk.  This is the kickoff of the 2025 Kiwanis Summer Movies in the Park series.  The concession stand will be open, and attendees can bring their own snacks.

FRIDAY, JULY 4:
☀ 35th Annual July 4 Liberty Lake Community Parade at 11 a.m. at Alpine Shores.
  Decorated golf carts and bikes may line up at 10 a.m. at the corner of Shoreline & Liberty Drive.  Games will be set up afterwards at Alpine Shores Park.

 Concessions open at Pavillion Park at 5 p.m.

 Nu Jack City in concert at Pavillion Park from 7 to 10 p.m.

 Fireworks shows at 10 p.m.  Fireworks will launch from the city ballfields, plus the lakeside community will host its over-the-water show at the same time.
