NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES THAT: pursuant to RCW 35A.21.410, the Mayor and City Council of the City of Liberty Lake will hold a Public Hearing Tuesday, November 20, 2018, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as practical, for the purpose of receiving public comment(s) on a proposal to remove, vacate, or extinguish a restrictive covenant regarding Parcel 55084.9079 in the City of Liberty Lake. This parcel is a 75 foot strip of land (approximately 0.55 acres) located in Rocky Hill Park behind four homes and the easterly property line of the park site. The public hearing will address the removal of the covenant on the property encumbered by the Washington State Recreation and Conservation Office and subsequent desire of the City of Liberty Lake to transfer the covenant to another parcel within Liberty Lake. The Public Hearing will take place at City Hall, 22710 E. Country Vista Drive, Liberty Lake, WA. Individuals planning to attend the meeting who require special assistance to accommodate physical, hearing, or other impairments, please contact the City Clerk at (509) 755-6729 as soon as possible so that arrangements may be made. Without advance notice, it may not be possible to provide the required accommodation(s).
