Use this form to request an item from another library or an item you would like the library to purchase . Please check our online catalog to ensure that we do not already own the item and please be as specific as possible.

1. Please be aware that loans from other libraries will be charged a fee to cover postage and handling of $3.00 per item and that requests may take up to two weeks to arrive.

2.You will be contacted by the library when your request arrives.

3. At this time we are unable to request TV series on DVD.
