Tai Chi is a slow, gentle exercise that can be performed by any age or fitness level. Many benefits are gained by practice, such as improved balance, reduced pain and stiffness of joints, decreased high blood pressure, improved circulation, improved blood sugar control and better ability to relax and decrease harmful stress from our bodies. Students will learn the various Tai Chi moves, and techniques to help reduce stress.
