Odin became active in the community by being elected to the Meadowwood Home Owners Association Board of Directors and serving on the Friends of the Library Board. He was a (Clark County) Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) in Family Courts, and a State of Washington Certified Ombudsman, representing elder rights and investigating violations against the elderly.
He graduated Cum Laude with a B.S. in Administration of Criminal Justice from MSU, earned his Master of Criminal Justice Degree from Boston University, and holds fellowship in Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society.
Odin is a retired Police Captain and currently works for a Federal Security Contractor.
Public safety is a primary concern and he believes that protecting our families through community policing and deterring crime by a strong professional presence is a major tenet of government.
Odin serves on the Criminal Justice sub-committee and the Spokane County Emergency Management Advisory Council, where he uses his experience proactively to promote the safety of you and your family.
