30-DAY NOTICE OF PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD REGARDING THE PROPOSED CONVERSION OF PARCEL #55114.1917 FROM PUBLIC TO PRIVATE LAND, ADJACENT TO ROCKY HILL PARK, BY THE CITY OF LIBERTY LAKE

This public notice initiates a comment period on proposed conversion of Parcel #55114.1917. The public comment period will commence on February 7, 2013 and conclude at 5:00 PM on March 11, 2013. Its purpose is to give the public an opportunity to review and comment on the proposed conversion. Written comments will be incorporated into the documents submitted to the WA State Recreation and Conservation Office (RCO) for consideration from the Recreation and Conservation Funding Board (RCFB) and the Salmon Recovery Funding Board (SRFB). The RCFB-SRFB Board will consider these comments during review of the land conversion from public property to private property in trade for an additional parcel, originally excluded from the Rocky Hill Park Deed. Written comments can be sent to: Michelle Griffin, Parks and Recreation Coordinator at the City of Liberty Lake, 22710 E.
