MOVIE RELEASE PARTY

Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief is coming in February. Come and celebrate the release of this movie on Wednesday February 10th at 6:30pm. Dress as your favorite character! There will be games, activities, trivia and the opportunity to win movie passes!

WEEKEND AFTERNOON FUN

Starting January 8-9th the library is bringing back Afternoon Fun! Fridays from 3:30pm-5:30pm and Saturdays 1:30pm-3:30pm there will be a craft, art project, game or activity at the library...feel free to drop in! Questions? Please talk to Tracy! BOOK CLUB

The Monday afternoon group will meet February 8th at 1:30pm, our book is THE HELP by Kathryn Stockett. Come one come all!
The Thursday evening group will meet February 11th at 6:30pm, our book is TO KILL A MOCKINGBIRD by Harper Lee.
Both groups are taking members...come in and check us out!

CHESS

The Library is open play times on the first and third Wednesdays and Saturdays.
First and Third Wednesday Nights 6-7:45pm
(Feb. 3, Feb. 17)
First and Third Saturdays 10:30am-1pm
(Feb. 6, Feb. 20)
ALL AGES are invited to come and play chess. Ten chess boards (grid mats) and ten chess set pieces will be available. You may also bring your own chess sets.
Chess instruction will be available on Saturday mornings between 10:30-11:30am for those who would like to learn more about the chess essentials: Space, Time and Material.

WINTER READING PROGRAM

Starting January 2nd and running through March 31st there will be a winter reading program called WARM UP WITH A GOOD BOOK. This program is for all ages. If you are interested in participating click here for information.
