Applications

Permit applications are filled out and submitted to the Liberty Lake Planning and Community Development Department prior to a permit being issued for a project. 

After the application has been approved, the Community Development Department will call the applicant with the permit fees; the applicant will then come into City Hall to pick up and pay for their permit.  No payments will be accepted by mail.  If a project is started or completed prior to a permit being picked up and paid for, additional penalty/investigation fees may apply.
